What happens after your request
Once we have the pickup location, vehicle and service details, we usually need around 8 minutes to check a suitable available driver and the price. This is a coordination estimate, not an arrival time. We confirm the quote and estimated arrival before you decide; complex requests can take longer.
The details that help us arrange the right vehicle
- Make, model and fuel type, including hybrid or electric vehicles.
- Symptoms: clicking, slow cranking, no dashboard lights or normal cranking without starting.
- Full postcode, parking position, height barriers and any previous jump-start attempts.
A jump start is assistance for a suitable flat-battery problem, not a guaranteed repair for every no-start fault. We check the symptoms and available operator before giving a price. Battery replacement is not included unless specifically agreed; recovery can be quoted separately if the vehicle still cannot be driven.

No. We need the location of the vehicle. If transport becomes necessary, we discuss a destination and a separate quote.
